South Korea’s Minister of Employment and Labor has issued a sharp rebuke of e-commerce giant Coupang following a significant data breach that exposed the private information of thousands of workers. The criticism, delivered during a public address earlier this week, underscores growing concerns over the company’s data protection practices and signals possible regulatory scrutiny ahead.
